During all of my years working with contractors on new construction and renovations your company exceeded all my expectations. Your design input and changes implemented  during the project made the final result in both the Kitchen and Bathroom admired by all our friends and relatives. The work was timely and the subcontractors you used were all excellent.  If a problem was found no excuses they just corrected immediately. Can’t recall any delay by any subs which was always a problem in previous jobs. Your use of a project supervisor overseeing the job on a daily basis made the job go so smoothly that we are going to use you again to remodel two additional bathrooms and our den.

We began renting in Broken Sound in December 2020. Very quickly we fell in love with the community and bought a home. Unfortunately, the home was in the original condition and needed major repairs and updates. To make things worse, I am a nurse practitioner, and my husband is an attorney who both work full time and have no idea how to renovate a house. Our rental also ended at the end of April, and we would not be here to oversee the construction or renovations.

As fate would have it my husband met Keith at the tennis courts, and they were discussing work. My husband came home and stated Keith offered to see the home and discuss possibilities. As soon as I met Keith I knew I liked him. He is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I also loved the idea that he lived in my community and would be close by. Within a day of closing, Feb 15th , 2021, our house began demolition and each day we saw the progress and dedication of Keith, and their amazing team. We left to go back to NY at the end of April without a concern as we knew we were in the best hands. Even though it was still Covid - the steady progress continued, and we returned in early fall of 2021 to my dream home.

k-rod Construction did a major renovation for us one year ago. They changed the look of our entire upstairs, including two bedrooms, a gym and four bathrooms. The traditional style that was there was transformed into an updated contemporary one. Keith was always a gentleman, a consummate professional and easy to work with. We moved into our home at Broken Sound about 18 months ago and were recommended to use k-rod Construction as our contractor. We were very satisfied with the job they did. We did a lot of work, and our home turned out to be more beautiful than we could have imagined.
